Shipping Rate Information

  1. FREE SHIPPING on all Metal Detectors in the Continental US, and on orders over $75.00!
  2. Accessories are shipped free with the purchase of a Metal Detector.
  3. $8.95 flat rate for accessories only orders.
  4. Please inquire for international shipping rates.
  5. Ship to address must match billing address.
  6. All orders over $1,000.00 are shipped signature required

Refund and Exchange Policy

I want you, my customer, 100% satisfied with your purchase. I know that, with all the choices, finding the right metal detector can be difficult and confusing. The last thing I want is your detector, bought with your hard-earned money, sitting in a closet collecting dust! Please feel free to call me with any questions or concerns about your order. I'm more than happy to assist you.

  1. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your new metal detector, please call me within 14 days of receipt of your online order for authorized return.
  2. All products must never have been used, must be in the original packaging and with the manufacturer's original warranty and manual. Any free accessories must be returned in unused condition.
  3. Shipping charges incurred by Mission Metal Detector Sales will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Packaging, shipping, and insurance charges incurred by the return of any items to Mission Metal Detector Sales are the responsibility of the person returning items.
  5. Authorized returns will be instructed on the correct ship-to return address. (This may be different than the return address on the original shipping.)
  6. If you have used your detector and feel you've made the wrong choice, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of your online order and have the option of a 70% refund or an 80% in store credit on another detector. Please call as there may be a simple solution we can help you with that may change your mind.
  7. All items with a manufacturer's warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty, and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have a defective unit it must be sent in to the manufacturer. It will be repaired and returned directly to you.
  8. If your order arrives damaged, the carrier UPS, USPS or FedEx is responsible. Examine your shipment upon receipt for possible shipping damage and report damage to carrier immediately. Keep your packaging for proof as the carrier may need to examine it in the claims process.
  9. Security, industrial, Minelab 4800/5000 detectors, and special order items that we do not normally stock are not returnable.
